We will receive A/S requests through ‘Repair’ board. We will give you a feedback about possibility of repair and repair cost. You can make a payment for repair on ‘Care’ page on the left. After we receive your product, we will give you a feedback about repair part and repair period. It averagely takes about 10 to 14 days. Basic cost of repair is 20000won.
